Ferrari Assistant è l’applicazione per il soccorso stradale per i clienti Ferrari.Non correrai più il rischio di fare lunghi tempi di attesa al telefono o ad aspettare i soccorsi.
Grazie a Ferrari Assistant, bastano pochi click dal tuo smartphone: il tuo veicolo sarà subito localizzato e in pochi minuti la richiesta di soccorso sarà presa in carico dalla centrale operativa di Europ Assistance.
Una volta inviata la richeista di soccorso verrai ricontattato immediatamente dall’operatore che ti fornirà tutte le informazioni necessarie per il traino.
In Ferrari Assistant hai inoltre:
- Numeri Utili: i numeri di pubblica utilità di tutte le nazioni
- Primo Soccorso: come comportarsi in caso di incidente
- Profilo: per i tuoi dati e i dati del tuo veicolo, come targa, numero di polizza, telefono, email
- Calendario Manutenzione: per fissare gli appuntamenti come revisione, scadenza bollo, garanzia, scadenza assicurazione, scadenza patente, tagliando e ricevere alert direttamente sul tuo telefono
- Dove sono: localizzatore della tua posizione rispetto ai punti di interesse come bancomat, parcheggi, benzinai, ristoranti e altro
